3 cans of crabmeat (free of shells)
1 8 oz. pkg of cream cheese (can use low fat)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated parmesan
2 minced green onions (white and green parts, approx. 3 tbsp)
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (or more)
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (or more)
1/2 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
I did not include hot sauce or Old Bay seasoning from original recipe because I didn't have any in the house.
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir (or use hands to mix) until thoroughly mixed. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until lightly golden on top.
- Serve hot with your choice of chips or pitas.
