Day 25: Pushed with the Tide

How to feel intentional when you feel like you're being pushed with the tide.


1. Get dressed.
2. Put on good music.
3. Make plans to get out and do something

Examples:
-go somewhere close to nature and pray
-deliver stuff to the Sally Ann
-purchase food for the food drive the frisbee team is holding
-take the dog for a long walk (drive to a trail)
-see if anyone is home for tea
-call Mom
